  Workshops
Delegates are invited to choose their workshops now please.
We need all delegates to pre-choose their workshops. We can’t guarantee all workshops will run if they don’t achieve a minimum number, particularly if the workshop presenter is coming down from Sydney just for the day. So, to help us, please go online and choose, here’s how …
1. Open a new web page and view the full list of workshops along with FULL descriptions at http://leaderstogo.org.au/workshops/
2. Choose one from list A and another from list B.
3. Find your confirmation email from your GoRegister registration process. (Subject: Thanks for registering for Leaders to Go 2013)
4. Use this information to log back in to GoRegister
5. When you have logged in to your registration page, under ‘You can do the following’ find the tab ’3. Workshops’ and click on it
6. Under ‘Sessions’ on the LHS, click on Worshop A and choose your workshop
7. Under ‘Sessions’ on the LHS, click on Worshop B and choose your workshop
8. Hit Next>, hit Update Registration and log out.
NOTE: While you are logged in you may want to print off a pdf copy of your Tax Invoice if you haven’t already done so. Locate the tab ‘Your Tax Invoice’. It now has an ABN and GST FRE noted on the invoice.

Conference Program … YOUR input is invited!
The complete outline of this year’s program can be found here>
We are inviting your specific participation in the following ways:
.
1. Expo & Market Place … Wednesday evening (7-9pm)

We will again hold our EXPO of resources & ideas & MARKET PLACE.  Every delegate is invited to participate! You don’t have to be a ‘seller’ to be involved. You may be passionate about one idea that takes 5 minutes to share. Anything and everything is possible. It’s an ‘expo’ as well as a ‘market place’.
So bring an idea and/or resource… for more specific details about this, see Wednesday evening’s program notes here>
.
2. Conference Conversations … Thursday arvo (1-3.30pm)
This is the time for individual delegates to pose a question to explore or a propose a topic to discuss. These can be your own leadership/ministry questions or a particular, personal and/or soapbox topic. The ensuing conversations will be self-forming, free-wheeling, self-facilitated small or large group times. See Thursday afternoon’s program notes for more details here> Please ensure you don’t leave the conference without your particular questions/topics being raised.
.
3. The L2g Biannual Challenge (Fun Night In) … Thursday evening (7-9pm)
Bring along or send in your favourite 2012/13 You Tube clip or movie file. Send in the clip or the web address and we’ll locate it and show it on the night. Should be a good laugh. Of course, we will reserve the right to show it or not. We also reserve the right to use it for our devious but seriously funny purposes. Please email the file or the link to Phillip Day: info@leaderstogo.org.au

  Conference reminders:
.
Travel arrangements before and after conference: for a run down on directions, maps, shuttle service from Hellensburg train station to Stanwell Tops … look here>
.
Bring along a USB stick:
Although many of the downloads of conference resources will be available after conference on the website, by far the easiest way to receive ALL available files will be to bring along your own USB stick.
.
Conference booklet:
This will be made available online as a PDF download. You can help us by choosing all or part to print a paper version and bring it along or load it onto you laptop or tablet. We hope to use less trees and cater for you needs. Of course, we will have some paper versions on hand for those who need it.
.
Delegate incentive:
There is already a goodly number of delegates registered. We are very happy about that! Please continue to encourage people to attend and register. We’re offering a deal to currently registered delegates that if they (you) encourage at least one person to register and attend we will bless you with a book … “Lost in Transition” by David Goodwin (who will be at the conference and can sign your book!) When the person registers they need to put the currently registered delegate’s (your) name in the Notes section.
.
Sponsorship:
Every delegate also has the option of being a sponsor. At a very basic level this is included in the conference registration fee. You will be able to set up a market stall or promote your resource on Wednesday’s Expo & Market Place evening. For more extensive sponsorship options for a further fee, please look here>;

  Leaders to Go Conference
Tuesday 28th – Friday 31st May 2013
Theme: Lost in Transition
Our current ‘TGIF generation’ of young people (Twitter, Google, iDevice, FaceBook), which is more connected and more isolated than generations before them, is walking away from church and/or faith in their early adolescent years.”This drop out problem is, at its core, a disciple-making problem. The church is not adequately preparing the next generation to follow Christ faithfully in a rapidly changing culture.” (David Kinnaman in ‘You Lost Me’) The Leaders To Go Conference is committed to reversing this trend. Join eminent speakers, intentional conversations and constructive collaborations to be part of the solution discerning God’s wisdom and direction for the future of our children. Hear a range of speakers touching on this theme. Explore and discuss what this all means for your context including playgroups, parenting, schools and church-based programs. Share the culmination of all this during the Friday plenary sessions.
